POLICY

Reservation
We ask to arrive on time in order to ensure full service.
We will do our best to ensure that your reservation begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion.
If a cancellation becomes necessary for you, please call or email to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.
For keeping this policy, we ask credit card number to customers who will have chemical treatment such as color and perm for the first time even you are regular customers and all new customers when you reserve.
Customers who cancel a reservation after the specified 24 hours time frame or fail to contact us and do not arrive for a reservation will incur a 50% service cancellation fee which will require payment.
The right to refuse service to any customer who is a no show for more than three reservations, for improper conduct, excessive tardiness, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

Late arrivals
We have the right to refuse service to customers who are more than 15 minutes late to a reservation.

Product returns/Service issues
We stand by all the services and products.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the services provided by us, please inform us as soon as possible.
We would be more than happy to perform a correction or adjustment at no cost to you.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to correct or adjust a service that is not reported to us and scheduled within 7 days from the original service.
If for some reason you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of purchase.
Additionally, if you are sensitive to scents or ingredients, please inform our stylists prior to making a retail purchase.

Payment options
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, and Salon Musa gift card.
However, we can only accept cash for gratuities.
